A Heatilator series name can cover several model numbers, sizes and fuel types (natural gas or propane). Parts are not always interchangeable between them, so check the full model number on your rating label before you order.
Finding your model and serial number
On most Heatilator fireplaces the rating label is behind the lower louver or access panel, often on a chain or attached near the gas valve. It lists the model number, serial number and whether the unit is set up for natural gas or propane. Can’t find it or can’t read it? Contact us with a photo and we’ll help you identify it.
